....Well, the answer is EVERYTHING....except one important item, and that's interest rates!  Housing is looking up, up, and up!  Buyers now here in DC metro area cannot get enough homes to look at!  Ed and I are so excited at the action we are seeing in the area and it is evident everywhere that spring has sprung and in a very big way!

A buyer couple of ours found their dream home yesterday, and a returning Iraqi war vet buyer of ours found his dream home on Friday!  Both are taking advantage of their VA loan eligibility.  Military personell who qualify can take advantage of ZERO down loans!  

Now that's what we call a great deal!
